- Physically write out your to-dos. Overwhelmed by emails and all of the demand via digital media? Take the time to write out what you need to do. Not only will the act of writing it out help you remember, but you will also have a physical list rather than trying to catch up and scroll through email after email, just as more fly in.
- Own a crockpot. Crockpots will literally save you more time than you can even imagine possible. Throw any meat, veggies, and some broth into the crock pot in the morning, put it on low, and when you get home… BOOM, dinner is ready. There are so many crockpot recipes on Pinterest too. Especially for the fall season… there are so many soups, chilis, etc.
- Make your lunch the night before work. It will save you at least 10 minutes during your morning routine. Prep your food and put it all together the night before so when you are running out the door in the morning it’s already prepped and you don’t even have to think.
- Plan your workouts. If you write a workout on your calendar because you planned it out, there is a greater chance you will do it. So plan out when you will work out and when you won’t. And please, don’t set yourself up for failure by putting it on each day of the week if that is not realistic for you. Be realistic, and smash your goals!
