Clearway Clinic has been helping women and families in Massachusetts for over two decades. During that time, we have served approximately 10,000 families. We provide HIPAA-compliant, compassionate care and a safe environment for women to review all their pregnancy options. Our doors are open to all, regardless of their intentions or outcomes of their pregnancy, and our current patient satisfaction rating is over 98%.
We are a state-licensed medical clinic with a team of board-certified doctors and nurses that provides free healthcare to women in Central and Western Massachusetts. We do not provide, prescribe, or refer for abortions, and we are careful to disclose this fact before setting up any appointments. Our team of medical professionals provide objective, non-judgmental medical care in the time that you need it most. We are here to educate, support, and encourage every one of our patients.
Clearway Clinic is a 501c3 registered nonprofit. We are founded as a faith-based Christian organization; however, we have no formal affiliation with any denomination or church organization. We are an ecumenical Christian agency with Board members and staff from a wide range of Christian heritage. We are united in our adherence to our statement of faith. Our shared faith values inform our purpose to offer compassionate care, a safe environment, and free medical services to our communities.
Clearway Clinic or an Abortion Clinic?
When you are searching for help with your unplanned pregnancy, know that you have options. You also probably have lots of questions!

It is important to know that as many as 1 in 3 pregnancies in the first trimester end on their own.
According to the Mayo Clinic, “About 10% to 20% of known pregnancies end in miscarriage. But the actual number is likely higher. This is because many miscarriages happen early on, before people realize they’re pregnant.” (1).
We strongly encourage you to have an in-person medical exam or ultrasound before any further decisions are made regarding abortion medications or procedures.
